Experience / Education Requirements:
· Previous clerical experience is required;
· Fluent English (oral, written);
· Completion of High School is required;
· Punctual, organized;
· Multitasking, attention to details;
· Proactive nature and positive attitude;
· Strong team worker, great communication skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in resolving any administrative issues;
· Answer phone calls, voicemail and electronic mail enquiries;
· Control the incoming and outgoing regular and electronic mail and faxes;
· Arrange travel, hotel and car reservations and prepare itineraries for management;
· Schedule appointments and meetings for management;
· Prepare, edit and format letters, reports, proposals, spreadsheets and other documents;
· Represent R-ECO PACKAGING SOLUTIONS when authorized and requested by the management.
